As a step, it has two different heights. Low Step setting (20.5cm /8 inches) minimizes joint impact. High Step setting (35.5cm /14 inches) ups the challenge for plyometrics.
Lift the adjustable backrest for a weight bench. Choose between 30°, 45° and 70° angles. The steel tubing supported backrest gives extra strength for confidence.
In Step and Bench modes, it can go into an incline/decline Ramp for added versatility. Deck 2.0 has 16 different configurations. Plus open the backrest for training tools storage. It also has resistance tube channels for tube exercises.
