The weight bench press bar is approximate weight is 4.25 lbs., including the bar. The bar weighs approximately 2 lbs.. The “weights” are made of foam and the large weighs approximately 10 oz.. The medium weighs approximately 5 oz.. The small weighs approximately 2 oz., including the bar. This weight bench provides three different exercises: bench press, leg curl and leg lift. The bench is adjustable and has a low impact work out. 45.25 in. L x 27.5 in. W x 36.63 in. H (21 lbs.).

Sturdy constructed frame is made of powder coated steel. Some pieces have foam wrap over the metal tubing. Lead free paint – easy assembly – all tools included.
